Liability Insurance
The activities of Orion B.V. and its sub-contractors under Orion’s supervision are insured against possible environmental damage and damage to third-parties for 5,000,000 Euro/accident for all countries except USA and Canada.

Transport Insurance
Orion B.V. carefully selects the transport (haulage) companies that provide transport of PCB-containing substances. The transporters must have a permit for carriage of hazardous substances and must be aware of the risks associated with PCBs. In Europe the transporters must have an insurance coverage of at least 6,800.000 Euro against damage to a third party and the environment in accordance with ECC legislation of 1 January 1997.
